Today we are going to talk about the wedding certificate and the signing.
During the ceremony when you’re sitting down to sign the wedding certificate, ensure you have a nice pen to do it with.
Many celebrants and priests will have a plain old ballpoint pen, which looks pretty dull in your photos.
It doesn’t cost much to have a pen that looks really smart. Whether it’s silver or gold or whatever colour you like, it’s your choice.
If you want to do something a bit traditional, a feather pen is a great idea.
It’s all of these little things that make all the difference on your special day when it comes to looking back over your photos and video.
Ensure whoever is marrying you has the pen that you would like to use. If you can’t get it to them before the wedding, have one of the groomsmen or the best man keep it in their pocket.
Or maybe the mother of the bride or the groom could have it in their purse.
You may have already given the pen to the person who is marrying you and they may forget it, so it’s a good idea to have a spare one with you on the day.
